How Does Organizing Work?
We'll start with an initial consultation to discuss your organizational goals. This can be done by sharing photos, having a video chat, or with an in-person visit. Together, we'll plan the most effective use of your space and estimate how long the process will take. If you choose to move forward, we can work together to sort items into keep, donate, or discard piles, or I can handle the organizing on my own based on what you want to keep. Additionally, I can connect you with resources for donation pickups, movers, and handyman services.
What's Included?
The initial session includes a one-hour consultation and three hours of hands on work. Each additional organizing session includes hands-on work in your space. The session covers travel to and from your location and the removal of one carload of donations. Additionally, I'll provide a personalized step-by-step plan with assigned "homework" to help speed up your progress between sessions.
The base rate for a single four-hour session with one organizer is $300.00 The initial session includes a one-hour site visit or video consultation, an emailed quote, and three on-site hours. If the project requires more than one session, as is often the case, additional hours may be purchased:

Virtual Organizing Sessions available: 3-hour session $200.00. The initial session includes a one-hour video consultation and an emailed quote. Additional virtual sessions are $60 per hour.
By booking services with Clear + Co, clients agree to the following cancellation and no-refund policy:
Deposit on all sessions: 50% of the estimated cost is required to book. This deposit secures your booking and reserves dedicated time for your project. The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made with More Than 72 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hour notice. While the deposit remains non-refundable, we will apply it as a credit toward a future session within 14 business days. Cancellations Made with Less Than 72 Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit entirely. Additional charges may apply if we’ve incurred specific costs for your project. i.e., supplies, shopping hours.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear for the scheduled appointment without prior notification, the deposit is forfeited, and additional fees may apply for the missed session. i.e., supplies, shopping hours.
Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 72 hour notice will result in the loss of the deposit and will require a new deposit for rebooking.
